Ingredients

3 apples

1 small beetroot

1 handful of blueberries

1 small banana

100g coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)

1 handful of kale

1 small piece of ginger

2 to 3 ice cubes

Instructions

Juice the apples and the beetroot
-
Put the remaining ingredients into a blender along with the apple and beetroot juice
-
Blend everything for 1 minute
